AKA Law gives you freelance ‘reinforcements’ when you need it most.
We deploy highly qualified solicitors to the Court where your client needs representation when you require it most.
Our agents are experienced in standard and complex cases and covering the full spectrum of Criminal Hearings. We understand that is it not just about fighting your fight it is also about instilling confidence in your client and making them feel as prepared as possible in such circumstances.
We insist that our agents adhere to the high standards we expect. We require our agents to meet all their CPD requirements, and ensure that they are acting under a valid Practising Certificates.
It is obligatory that our agents be equipped with CRM forms and complete them if Legal Aid is not already in place.
Upon our agent’s attendance, they will hand your client a business card with their name but they will inscribe your firms name and contact number on the card. We do not and do not intend to retain any client’s or cases for ourselves.
Our ethos is to provide a service as if you were at the Court yourself.
We fight to treat both Instructing Firms and Solicitors fairly. We aim to provide Solicitors with prompt payment for services rendered, 7 days, as we contribute to their livelihood and we therefore kindly request prompt payment from Instructing Firms for services received, therefore some documents will be held in escrow until payment. For Instructing Firms we will provide straight-forward payment methods and options. We will fight on your behalf to ensure your high standards are maintained when you cannot be away from home.
For the benefit of Instructing Firms we have a clear fee structure for Legally Aided cases and we promise to provide clear and concise notes and outcome letters ready and available for you to download upon payment.
